Golden State Warriors will be looking to move one step closer to regaining the title with yet another win over Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2017 NBA play-offs final. This has to go down as a must-win game for the hosts and it remains to be seen if they are going to give fans some cheer on Wednesday evening.
Cavs need to improve defensively
Cleveland Cavaliers did remarkably well to win the NBA trophy last year, but they are not on the right track to defend the title. Cavs are trailing Warriors 0-2 in the NBA play-offs final and they conceded 245 points in total in the defeats to Steve Kerr’s troops. Tyronn Lue’s men are desperate to get back on course and Wednesday’s clash at Quicken Loans Arena is of big importance for the reigning champions. Cleveland are likely to fight tooth and nail against Warriors this time out and LeBron James will have to be on top of his game if Cavs are to stay in the race for the title. Kevin Love impressed in the 132-113 loss to Golden State (27 points) and he will be yet another man to watch in the home team.
Coach Tyronn Lue has no fresh injury worries ahead of the visit of Golden State Warriors, but center Walter Tavares remains in the recovery room with a hand injury.

Golden State Warriors failed to defend their NBA title in the last season’s finale and, no doubt, they are determined to bring the trophy back to Oakland. Golden State made no less than 18 three-point shots in Game 2 and that seems to be the team’s main weapon. Kevin Durant has been producing thrilling performances ever since he recovered from a serious injury and the former Oklahoma City Thunder ace has already netted 71 points in the tie against Cavs. Stephen Curry has found his best form of late as well, but the duo face an uphill task in Wednesday’s game at Quicken Loans Arena as Cavs are tough to beat at home. Anyhow, you should bear in mind that Warriors are eyeing their 12th consecutive win on the road.
Kevon Looney has yet to recover from a hip injury, but he is the only absentee in the away team ahead of the trip to Cleveland.
