Indiana Pacers vs Cleveland Cavaliers prediction
Indiana Pacers will be looking to extend their winning run to eight games when they take on title holders Cleveland Cavaliers at their Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Wednesday. Cavs scored 140 points in a hard-fought victory over Washington Wizards and they are certainly capable of putting an end to Indiana’s thrilling winning run.
Pacers have found their best form
Indiana Pacers were having their ups and downs in the first half of the season, but they have been producing splendid displays in 2017. Nate McMillan’s troops are on a seven-game winning run in NBA and they are brimming with confidence ahead of Wednesday’s showdown against Cleveland Cavaliers. Pacers aim to finish the season in top four in the Eastern Conference and they are definitely capable of meeting the goal. Paul George led Indiana to a 93-90 win over Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday, with point guard Jeff Teague adding 17 points. Pacers have been impressive at home this season and the fact that they suffered only two defeats in previous 16 home games is giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the visit of LeBron James and Co. When the two teams met at Bankers Life Fieldhouse earlier this season Pacers recorded a 103-93 win over Cavs.
Thaddeus Young missed the Oklahoma City Thunder game with injury and he is rated doubtful for the Cavs clash. Coach Nate McMillan has no other injury worries ahead of the game.
Cavs proved their worth against Wizards
Despite being regarded as underdogs in Monday’s clash against in-form Wizards, Cleveland Cavaliers did remarkably well to beat the odds and defeat the capital club at Verizon Center. Tyronn Lue’s men managed to put an end to Washington’s seven-game winning run in the league and they are on the right track to clinch top position in the Eastern Conference. However, Boston Celtics are breathing down their neck and the reigning champions will have to be at their sharpest in the remainder of the season if they are to retain first place in the standings. Kevin Love scored 39 points in the 140-135 (overtime) victory over Wizards, while key player LeBron James provided 17 assists for his teammates. Kyrie Irving returned to the starting line-up against Washington and, no doubt, all eyes will be on the trio when Cleveland Cavaliers take on Indiana Pacers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
Iman Shumpert is a major doubt and he will be assessed on the match day, while Chris Andersen is ruled out for rest of the season. J.R. Smith is yet another absentee in the away team (thumb).

Indiana Pacers vs Cleveland Cavaliers betting pick
Indiana Pacers have been in a terrific form of late, but Wednesday’s game against Cleveland Cavaliers will be anything but a walk in the park for the hosts. Cavs are eager to get their revenge on the Pacers for the 103-93 loss and seeing that coach Tyronn Lue can count on his key players for the Bankers Life Fieldhouse clash, I believe that there is a big value in betting on the visitors.
