Los Angeles Clippers vs Golden State Warriors prediction
Los Angeles Clippers face Golden State Warriors at Staples Center in what is expected to be the most entertaining game of Wednesday’s program. The last season’s runners-up rolled over Indiana Pacers on Tuesday, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against Clippers.
Ups and downs
Following back-to-back victories over the likes of Toronto Raptors and Chicago Bulls Los Angeles Clippers suffered a shocking 111-102 loss to Indiana Pacers in their last league game. Clippers occupy third place in the Western Conference, but their performances in the new NBA season leave a lot to be desired. Doc Rivers’ men have yet to find their best form and it is no surprise they are considered underdogs in Wednesday’s showdown against star-studded Golden State Warriors. Blake Griffin has been averaging 25.3 points in previous three games and he will be the man to watch in the home team. Los Angeles Clippers are eyeing their eighth home win of the season, but the fact that they were beaten by Warriors in each of their previous five meetings in NBA is not giving home fans a reason for optimism ahead of the Staples Center clash.
Brice Johnson is definitely out of contention with a back injury, but he is the only absentee in the home team. Coach Doc Rivers is unlikely to rest his key players against Golden State Warriors.
Klay is the man!
As expected, Golden State Warriors outclassed Indiana Pacers on Tuesday evening, but nobody expected that Klay Thompson would score 60 points in the Oracle Arena game. Thompson has become the first player to post 60 points in under 30 minutes and he will certainly pose a big threat for Clippers on Wednesday evening. Warriors recorded their 18th win of the season and they are on the right track to clinch top position in the Western Conference. Summer signing Kevin Durant is enjoying a successful season as well and it has to be noted that he has been averaging 27 points this season. K.D. scored 22 points in the victory over Indiana Pacers, but he played no more than 22 minutes against Nate McMillan’s troops due to blow out. Is seems as if Stephen Curry is waiting for the NBA play-offs to begin to start producing his best displays, but, no doubt, he is likely to prove a handful for Clippers in Wednesday’s derby.
Coach Steve Kerr used the Indiana game to rest his big guns, meaning that the likes of Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry are all fit for the Los
Angeles Clippers clash.

Los Angeles Clippers vs Golden State Warriors betting pick
Golden State Warriors quickly recovered from an upsetting loss to Houston Rockets and seeing that they impressed in the 142-106 win over Pacers, I believe that Steve Kerr’s men are going to extend their winning run in NBA. Warriors are after their sixth consecutive win over Clippers and seeing that Doc Rivers’ charges do not seem to be on top of their game at the moment, away win appears on the cards.
Pick: Golden State to win
Odds: –172
